* Special Marine Warning for...
  Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA...
  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...

* Until 845 AM EDT.

* At 737 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Irvington to near San Marcos Wreck to near
  Nassawadox Reef, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock Range Light, Rappahannock Light,
  Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Crisfield, Tangier Island, Anglers Reef,
  Smith Point, Onancock Inlet, Occohannock Reef, Watts Island, Longs
  Creek Inlet, San Marcos Wreck, and Northern Neck Reef.
