* WHERE...Trinity County, Del Norte Interior, Northern Humboldt
  Interior, Northeastern Mendocino Interior, and Northern Lake.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST
  Sunday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9
  AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward
  ridges. There is an increased risk of tree branches and other
  debris on roadways. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured
  objects. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
  hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
