  Advisory on Tuesday, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to
  50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of far eastern Klamath County and Lake County,
  including the higher terrain of Winter Rim and other surrounding
  terrain, as well as Highway 31 from Paisley to Summer Lake,
  Highway 395 near Valley Falls, and Highway 140 from Lakeview
  eastward.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust is possible downwind of dry lake
  beds, especially Summer Lake and Fossil Lake.
