* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Flathead/Mission Valleys.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Monday to 8 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Weakened
  trees and tree limbs could be blown down impacting road access and
  causing localized power outages.
