* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Fairbanks and surrounding communities, Eilson AFB, the
White Mountains, Yukon Flats, Manley Hot Springs, Tanana, Lake
Minchumina, and Dalton Highway Summits.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
