* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Strong winds could make docking high profile vessels difficult.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM FRIDAY TO 4 AM CHST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 4 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm 26W will impact Saipan and
  Tinian, and the far northern Marianas late this week and into the
  weekend. South of Tropical Storm 26W, a monsoon surge will develop
  across the Marianas. Winds could approach near-gale force in the
  higher terrain with gale force gusts. Windy conditions may continue
  beyond Saturday night and this product may need to be extended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution when driving on roads with no
center barriers, as well as when passing high profile vehicles.

Secure loose objects outdoors, as well as canopies. These winds may
move light objects.
