...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Oregon...

  Wilson River near Tillamook affecting Tillamook County.

  Johnson Creek at Sycamore affecting Clackamas and Multnomah
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 415 AM PST.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. There is a 70% chance of
  reaching Moderate flood, and a 50% chance of reaching Major flood.

* WHERE...Johnson Creek at Sycamore.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...Above 13.0 feet, expect flooding to begin at numerous
  locations along Johnson Creek. Evacuations of several homes have
  historically taken place at this and higher stages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 PM PST Sunday the stage was 3.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 3.6 feet late this evening.
    It will then fall to 3.5 feet late tomorrow morning. It will
    rise above flood stage Tuesday morning to 12.3 feet late
    Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Wednesday afternoon to 3.2 feet Sunday, December 14. It will
    then rise again but remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. There is a a 70% chance of
  reaching Moderate flood, and a 50% chance of reaching Major flood.

* WHERE...Wilson River near Tillamook.

* WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...Above 15.5 feet, expect widespread flooding in the north
  part of Tillamook along Hwy 101 from Hoquarton Slough north to the
  Tillamook Creamery, especially during high tides. The most
  noticable flood impacts are to low-lying roads and some buildings
  near Dougherty Slough and the lower Wilson River. Widespread
  flooding of low lying dairy and pasture land and some rural access
  roads from Wilson River Loop Road downstream to Hwy 101 and along
  Makinster Rd and Goodspeed Rd west of Hwy 101 can be expected as
  well.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 PM PST Sunday the stage was 6.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 6.1 feet late tonight. It
    will then rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to
    15.0 feet early Tuesday morning. It will fall below flood
    stage to 11.5 feet late Tuesday morning. It will then rise
    above flood stage again early Tuesday afternoon to 13.8 feet
    late Wednesday morning. It will fall below flood stage again
    early Wednesday afternoon to 6.0 feet Monday, December 15
    then rise again.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  County.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. There is a 50% chance for
  major flooding.

* WHERE...Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...Above 30.5 feet, expect widespread lowland flooding and
  numerous flooded roads near Rosburg and Hwy 4. These include
  Covered Bridge Road near the gage and the roadway approaches to
  the Altoona Bridge downstream of the gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM PST Sunday the stage was 26.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
    maximum value of 31.2 feet late tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 28.5 feet.
