...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following
  county, Morris.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1141 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall
    across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Morristown, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Boonton,
    Butler, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Parsippany, Pequannock
    Township and Hanover Township.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following
  counties, Middlesex, Morris and Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
  excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow
  moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the
  water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in
  urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1136 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported road closures
    due to flooding from heavy rain early Monday evening.
    Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison,
    East Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick, Carteret,
    Madison, Middlesex and Florham Park.

  and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise
  due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1043 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rainfall due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - For Perkiomen Creek at East Greenville:
    At 10:30pm the stage was 7.58 feet.

  occurs. Flow reaches the lower sections of the customs parking lot
  in Laredo.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 1.5 feet (0.5 meters).
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet (2.1 meters).
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Wednesday morning to a crest of 10.4 feet (3.2 meters)
    early Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Thursday morning.

  several feet deep over the Frio River banks of recreation camps
  near Rio Frio to near Concan. Sleeping campers, autos and
  recreational vehicles can be washed downstream. This is a life
  threatening level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 11.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Monday was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.2 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late

    stage.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.5
    feet late tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late
