...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AKDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast, Diomede, and St Lawrence Island.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, blow around unsecured
  objects, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be
  difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds peak near St. Lawrence Island Thursday
  morning and through the Bering Strait Thursday through Friday
  morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
