* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches
between 7000 and 9000 feet. Up to 3 inches between 6000 feet and
7000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...White and Inyo Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, particularly through
Westgard Pass.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches
between above 8000 feet and greater than 4 inches above 9000 feet.
* WHERE...Sheep Range and Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions in Lee Canyon and upper
Kyle Canyon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snow is expected to remain in
the upper reaches of Lee Canyon through the afternoon with the
snow level dropping in the evening. As colder air moves in...a
dusting will be possible as low as 7000 feet in Kyle Canyon.

* WHAT...Snow throughout the day, accumulating up to an additional 3
inches. Snow will end tonight, but freezing temperatures can keep
roads icy into Tuesday morning.
* WHERE...Above 5000 feet.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
