PRODUCE GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. THESE
WINDS WILL PRODUCE STEEP FRESH SWELL. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE
LATER IN THE WEEK INTO THE WEEKEND AS HIGH PRESSURE WEAKENS.
