Southeast winds around 5 mph, increasing to south 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the evening, then mostly clear after midnight. Lows in the mid 30s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.

Wednesday: Sunny. Much cooler with highs in the upper 30s. West winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph in the morning.
