.DISCUSSION...

South to southeast winds will develop on Monday, with speeds perhaps
gusting over 35 mph across central SD. Lighter speeds expected
further east. Afternoon humidity is forecast to fall to between 35
and 45 percent for most areas. Strong to severe storms, with wetting
rains are possible across north central SD by around 4 or 5 PM MDT,
with precip moving eastward across the region through Monday night.

Northwest winds can be expected on Tuesday behind Monday night`s
passing cold front. Relative humidity is forecast to fall to between
30 and 40 percent by late afternoon.
