.DISCUSSION...High pressure of Canadian will remain over the region today,
accompanied by a very dry airmass. Afternoon RH values will approach
critical levels, but winds will be light. A northerly wind direction
is favored initially, but winds will trend easterly this afternoon
as a lake breeze develops off Lake Huron. The lake breeze arrival will
also result in cooler temperatures and rising RH values.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 68.
Min humidity........27 percent.
20-foot winds.......Light winds becoming northeast around 5 mph in
                    the afternoon, then shifting to the east late
                    in the afternoon.

Mixing height.......4100-6000 ft AGL.
Haines Index........5 or moderate potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.
