...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL VERNON AND NORTHERN
CRAWFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 517 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Viroqua to 11 miles northeast of Harpers
Ferry. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Viroqua, Soldiers Grove, Liberty, Gays Mills, Readstown, Mount
Sterling, Ferryville, Ross, Bell Center, Liberty Pole.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
