...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN WINONA...
SOUTHEASTERN OLMSTED AND NORTH CENTRAL FILLMORE COUNTIES THROUGH 745
PM CDT...

At 714 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
St. Charles, or 14 miles north of Preston, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
St. Charles, Chatfield, Lewiston, Dover, Altura, Saratoga, Fremont,
Pilot Mound, Utica, Troy, Elba, and Whitewater State Park.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 228 and
247.
