...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
FAR WEST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH 1245 PM CDT...

At 1204 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms extended along a line from Alma
to near Rochester to near Hayfield. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  St. Charles and Altura around 1220 PM CDT.
