...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN KIDDER...
NORTHWESTERN LOGAN AND WEST CENTRAL STUTSMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM
CDT...

At 1239 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Dawson to 4 miles south of Lake Isabel to
5 miles north of Napoleon. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tappen, Pettibone, Dawson, Lake Isabel, Crystal Springs, Chase Lake,
and Streeter Memorial.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
