...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL TUSCALOOSA...NORTH
CENTRAL BIBB AND SOUTHWESTERN JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM
CDT...

At 450 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Samantha, or 15 miles north of Northport, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hueytown, Pleasant Grove, Lake View, Brookwood, Vance, Woodstock,
North Johns, Tannehill Ironworks State Park, Bull City, Abernant,
Samantha, Concord, Bankhead Lock And Dam, Binion Creek Landing, North
Bibb, Lake Tuscaloosa, East Brookwood, Windham Springs, Lake Nicol,
and Green Pond.
