.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Weak boundary may bring some shower activity to the eastern
waters this evening. High pressure will remain over the waters
through Thu. Winds become gusty out of the SW Thursday, before a
cold front over the Great Lakes is expected to cross the region Fri.
Showers and Thunderstorms will accompany the cold front. A tropical
low may track well southeast of New England Saturday, across Georges
Bank and then south of Nova Scotia.  High pressure then builds
across the waters Sunday and Monday.
