Rio Grande out 60 NM.

1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average

.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient along the Lower Texas
Coast will create adverse marine conditions today. Afterwards,
high pressure building into, and persisting over, the western
Gulf of Mexico will produce improved winds and seas.
