Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the north-central Gulf of Mexico
and a weak pressure gradient over the region will continue to
produce light east-southeasterly winds and light seas through the
forecast period. A weak upper level disturbance and potential sea
breeze developing may result in isolated showers and thunderstorms
during the afternoon and evening hours on both Monday and Tuesday.
