...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN KENEDY AND EASTERN
BROOKS COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 AM CDT...

At 1030 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Alice Acres to near Malaquite Beach.
Movement was south at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Falfurrias, Armstrong, Encino, Rachal, Sarita, Kenedy County Wind
Farms, La Colonia Park, Airport Road Addition, U S 77 Border Patrol
Station, and Falfurrias Junior High School.

This includes the following highways...
 US Highway 77 between mile markers 712 and 738.
 US Highway 281 between mile markers 710 and 734.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Brownsville.
