...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LAMOILLE...NORTH
CENTRAL ADDISON...SOUTHEASTERN CHITTENDEN AND NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON
COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 441 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Huntington, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Montpelier, Huntington, Duxbury, Waterbury Village, Moretown,
Waterbury, Fayston, Buels Gore, Worcester, Middlesex, Waitsfield,
Starksboro, East Montpelier, Berlin, Bolton, Elmore, Lincoln, Stowe,
Warren, and Northfield.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 52 and 69.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
