.DISCUSSION...
Some morning low stratus clouds possible through 10 am but then
should dissipate with heating. A cold front will push east of the
burn location by mid morning with winds turning to the northwest
and becoming gusty at times through the afternoon with gusts to
20 mph possible. Min RH values expected to be around 30 percent
with deep mixing expected. Poor dispersion expected tonight but
little confidence in fog formation.
