...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Lexington and west central Richland Counties through 230 PM EDT...

At 145 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lexington, moving northeast at 20 mph.

...Boaters on Lake Murray Should Seek Safe Harbor...

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, St. Andrews, Highway 6 at Lake Murray Dam,
Red Bank, Ballentine, Columbia International University, Harbison
State Forest, Chapin, Seven Oaks, Lighthouse Marina, Oswald Park,
Lake Murray Marina, Shull Island, Bundrick Island, Putnam`s Landing,
Siesta Cove Marina, White Rock, and Pine Island.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 49 and 55, and
between mile markers 58 and 60.
 Interstate 26 between mile markers 91 and 106.
