...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY THROUGH
500 PM CDT...

At 432 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wisconsin Point, or near Superior, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Duluth, Superior, Lake Nebagamon, Maple, Poplar, Oliver, Wisconsin
Point, South Range, Amnicon Falls State Park, Cloverland, Park Point,
Wentworth, Billings Park, and Blueberry.
