* WHERE...The West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt, or from Joe
  Reasoner Dam to the East Fork Des Moines River.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water impacts some homes along Country
  Club Dr.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.1 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
