...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by this evening at 1130 PM CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet. Water affects homes along old U.S. Highway
  61.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.5 feet and falling.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 9.4 feet Friday,
    June 14.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
