.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire conditions will continue through early next week. Min
RH values remain at or below critical thresholds with much of
the lowlands still seeing single digit RHs each afternoon. Low end
southwest to westerly breezes continue each afternoon. Thunderstorms
expected in Hudspeth and Otero counties this afternoon with gusty
outflow winds, hail, and dry lightning being the main hazards. Moisture
pushes west tonight into Sunday morning reaching the Rio Grande but
dry air takes over through the afternoon hours keeping the area dry.
