.DISCUSSION...

ELEVATED to near-CRITICAL fire weather conditions exist through the
remainder of Sunday and also on Monday. Critically low Min RH values
of 5 to 15 percent areawide. Southwest winds of 10 to 20 mph, becoming
light and terrain driven after sunset. Poor overnight recoveries into
the upper 20s over the mountains. Breezy winds of 10 to 20 mph on Monday,
out of the southwest with critically low Min RH values. Very dry conditions
and warming temperatures continue through the week. Vent rates will be
Very Good to Excellent through the period with smoke transport generally
to the east of northeast.
