...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Rockdale, east central DeKalb, southern Gwinnett and west central
Walton Counties through 530 PM EDT...

At 449 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Snellville, or 7 miles
south of Lawrenceville. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Winds up to 40 mph, nickel sized hail and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
         street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.

Locations impacted include...
Snellville, Lilburn, Loganville, Stone Mountain, Grayson, Lithonia,
Mountain Park, Big Haynes Creek Park, Rosebud, and Redan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. Motorists should
slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to
hydroplaning.
