.DISCUSSION...
Winds will increase through the afternoon. After starting out of
the northeast under 10 mph, winds will switch northerly and
increase up to 15 mph. Clouds will increase quickly through the
morning, with skies remaining cloudy throughout the day. While a
few showers or sprinkles are possible (20% chance), wetting rains
should stay south and east of the burn site. Due to the cloud
cover, RH values should stay in the upper 30s.
