.DISCUSSION...

Clear with a light wind to start today and sunrise,  but winds will
become southerly by mid to late morning, more south to southeast actually,
and increase in speed into the afternoon.  Gusts 20 to 25 mph expected
by late afternoon.  Rain showers arrive after 8 pm tonight and move
through tonight ending by Tuesday morning.  Widespread rain amounts around
0.15 to 0.25 inch anticipated.
