.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry with high-based clouds forming in the
afternoon. There is a slight chance that a thunderstorm could
develop, producing dry lightning and strong wind gusts. Overall,
winds will be light south-southwesterlies with low RH and high
instability today. Winds increase tomorrow out of the southwest.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly cloudy. Isolated
                    thunderstorms possible with the best chances
                    from 2 to 6 PM.
Chance of pcpn......15 percent.
Max temperature.....87 to 88.
Min humidity........12 to 14 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light south-southeast winds 4 to 6 mph in the
                    morning, shifting to south-southwest winds 6 to
