Winds continue to decrease this evening into tonight. Northwesterly winds are expected, which could gust up to 20 mph overnight. Lows tonight in the mid 50s, with RH values climbing from the mid 30% range at 10 PM to over 65% by daybreak. Winds quickly increase after daybreak - with gusts to 30 mph by 10 AM. Winds continue to increase into the afternoon with gusts to 35 mph (isolated higher gusts are possible). High temperature near 80 Thursday with dry air will lead to minimum RH values in the upper 20s. Although fire danger is expected to be low with green fuels, the combination of strong wind and low humidity may create elevated fire conditions.
