* WHERE...Trinity River near Rosser.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Minor flooding of farm and ranch land is
  expected near the river. A few rural roads will be inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 31.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.9
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening.

  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 18.3 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.4

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 14.5 feet
    Monday evening.

  of the Coffield Prison farm and ranch lands is to be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 44.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.4
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then rise to 46.9 feet Monday
    evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
