northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

Through most of this morning, there is a very small chance (less
than 10%) for strong storms to produce hail up to half an inch. There
is less than a 5% chance that a storm or two could produce hail to
one inch or larger. Localized flooding may be possible in heavy
rainfall.
