...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL KIT CARSON
COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened and moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM MDT for
east central Colorado.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM MDT
FOR CENTRAL CHEYENNE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...

At 615 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles northeast of Cheyenne Wells to 7 miles
northeast of Eads, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Cheyenne County in east central Colorado, including the
following locations... Firstview.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 148 and 166.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
