FOR SOUTH CENTRAL HENDERSON AND NORTH CENTRAL GREENVILLE COUNTIES...

At 516 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of
Hendersonville, or near Pleasant Ridge State Park, and is nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
North Saluda Reservoir, Tuxedo, and Jones Gap State Park.
