At 126 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Galveston A156 to near Brazos A70, moving south
at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
