Strong surface ridge north of the islands will remain stationary
through Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday, unseasonably strong
low pressure passing north of the area will weaken the high and
displace the ridge southward near the islands.

.REST OF TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY...East to northeast winds 20 to 30
knots. Seas 5 to 9 feet. Wave Detail: East 7 feet at 7 seconds,
south southwest 2 to 3 feet at 14 seconds, and northwest 2 to 3
feet at 14 seconds. Scattered showers.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...East winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 5 to 8 feet.
