A slow moving complex of showers and thunderstorms moved east from
south central into southeast Kansas during the afternoon. They
produced locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Other showers and
storms were widely scattered across the central Flint Hills into
northeast Kansas. Late afternoon temperatures ranged from the
upper 60s to the upper 70s.

The weather will remain rather unsettled across mid-America
tonight through Friday with periodic chances for showers and
thunderstorms. Low temperatures tonight will range from the 50s
to the mid-60s. Highs on Friday will range from the 70s to the
lower 80s.
