The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has weakened.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
central Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHERN MCPHERSON AND HARVEY COUNTIES...

At 1114 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Halstead,
moving southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Mcpherson, Hesston, Halstead, North Newton, Moundridge,
Sedgwick, Inman, Burrton, Galva, Canton, Walton, Windom, Newton
Airport, and Mcpherson Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning.
Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover. SEEK
