...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL NEW HANOVER COUNTY
THROUGH 245 PM EDT...

At 215 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
South Masonboro Island, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carolina Beach, Snows Cut, South Masonboro Island, North Masonboro
Island, Myrtle Grove, Sea Breeze, and Silver Lake.
