.DISCUSSION...Very hot and humid today with highs in the middle 90s
and heat indices of 100-105F. Scattered shower and storm potential
starting late this morning and continuing through the afternoon and
early evening hours. A few storms could be strong with gusty winds
of 40-55 mph, small hail, frequent lightning and heavy rainfall.
Storm activity should end around sunset with warm overnight lows.
Continued hot and humid on Saturday with isolated storms during
the afternoon hours.
