Subject:   National Tropical Cyclone Watch Warning Product
           (TCV) Collaboration Testing Tuesday, June 4

The NWS National Hurricane Center, the Weather Prediction
Center, the Ocean Prediction Center, and Weather Forecast Offices
(WFOs) in the NWS Eastern Region and Southern Region will perform
internal testing of the National Tropical Cyclone Watch/Warning (TCV)
product collaboration process on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Internal testing will begin at approximately 1600 UTC and
terminate at 1900 UTC.

Internal TCV test products are not intended to be released
externally through NWS dissemination and communication systems.
The text products affected by collaboration testing are the National
Tropical Cyclone Watch/Warning (TCV) products issued under the
following AWIPS Product Identifiers (PIL) and World Meteorological
Organization (WMO) Identifiers (ID):

In addition, the following National Digital Forecast Database
(NDFD) elements will be created for this test:

     - Tropical cyclone wind probabilities (incremental and
          cumulative) for 34 kt, 50 kt, and 64 kt
     - Hazard grid (including tropical storm, hurricane, and
          storm surge hazards)

The NWS will continue periodic internal tropical software testing
during the remainder of 2024. The national TCV product will
contain a summary of collaborated wind and/or storm surge watches
and warnings, depicted by NWS-defined geographic zones.

NWS WFOs participating in the national TCV product collaboration
tests are listed below by NWS Region:
