At 423 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Orange Springs, or 7 miles north of Fort McCoy, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Palatka, Crescent City, Interlachen, Pomona Park, East Palatka, Lake Delancy, Fruitland, Orange Mills, Orange Springs, and Hollister. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
