In southeast Kentucky, Magoffin. * WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 713 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has fallen earlier this morning due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 2.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paintsville, Inez, Offutt, Tutor Key, Bobbs, River, Williamsport, Thelma, Nippa, Perston Estates, Boons Camp, Woodland Estates, Meally, Thealka, Wells Chapel, Buffalo, Whitehouse, Wittensville, Stambaugh and West Van Lear.
