...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 145 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 145 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the
following areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel. In southeast
Kentucky, Clay and Owsley.

The heavy rain has ended and high water is receding. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any
remaining road closures.
