...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions
of northeast and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas,
in northeast Kentucky, Johnson. In southeast Kentucky, Magoffin,
Morgan and Wolfe.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Small stream
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
