This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms across the Panhandle will overspread the
Sandhills through the evening and night. Some storms may become
severe, capable of large hail and damaging winds. The greatest threat
generally lies near and west of Highway 83, though the wind threat
will grow further east through the evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Another storm system arrives later Monday and continues into
Tuesday. A few storms may become strong to severe with large hail
and damaging winds. Widespread significant moisture totals of 1 to 2
inches with some spots possibly approaching 3 inches are possible.
While serious flooding is not anticipated, localized flash flooding,
lowland flooding, and rises on area streams and rivers are all
possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed. Spotters are encouraged to
report hail, damaging winds tornadoes, and flooding.
