...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN CUSTER COUNTY
THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 648 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Broken Bow, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Broken Bow, Ansley, Mason City, Berwyn, Buckeye, Block Hill Basin,
Pressey State Wildlife Management Area, Burr Oak, Gavin Siding,
Intersection of Highway 183 and Cumro Road, and Cumro.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 73 and 92.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 272 and 307.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 300 and 304.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
central Nebraska.
