...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN FRONTIER...
SOUTHEASTERN CHASE AND SOUTHERN HAYES COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM
CDT/1215 AM MDT/...

At 1234 AM CDT/1134 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Wauneta, or 15 miles southeast of Imperial, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wauneta and Hamlet.

This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 25 and 29.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT/200 AM MDT/ for
southwestern Nebraska.
